The Enignum Canopy Bed from Walsh’s Formations collection brings nature indoors, both in its material and in the way it “moves.” The bed’s unconventional silhouette wraps its way into the air in fluid, flowing forms – not an easy feat to accomplish with wood. But incredibly, this self-taught Irish-born designer-cum-artist does it beautifully. Ash wood is cut in thin layers and then shaped using its natural elasticity.
